• Intown or Suburban Downtowns

• Long term hold

Industrial Outdoor Storage
• Existing yard or raw land

• Truck Terminal or Maintenance facility onsite

• Close proximity to intermodal or significant amount of distribution facilities (> 30 million square feet)

• $2.00-$20.00 million in total capitalization

Land/Redevelopment
• Raw or Improved properties with functionally obsolescent industrial/manufacturing

• Entitled or unentitled

• Close proximity to suburban downtowns

• $2.00-$20.00 million

• 1-3 year hold
